- Paris Fury remains hopeful that the father and son will eventually mend their bond.
Paris Fury has addressed the ongoing tensions within her family, confirming that the public fallout between her husband, Tyson Fury, and his father, John, is a genuine conflict.
Speaking on the In Good Company podcast with Jamie Laing on Friday, she dismissed widespread speculation that the dispute was a calculated publicity stunt designed to promote the boxer’s recent professional comeback.
Paris insisted that the situation is a private "family rift," noting that the two men are currently navigating a particularly difficult period in their relationship.
"Tyson and his dad seem to have a rocky relationship at the moment," she explained during the interview.
She attributed the friction to the powerful personalities involved, remarking, "They always go through this. You know you've got two very headstrong people. One probably more headstrong than the other."
Despite John Fury’s recent claims that his relationship with his son had been "completely destroyed," Paris remains optimistic that the pair will eventually reconcile.
Addressing the rumours of a fabricated drama, she stated, "Everyone's saying it is a social media stunt and it's not. It's a family rift that's going on at the moment."
The mother of seven emphasised her belief in the importance of reconciliation and familial bonds. "I hope they resolve it because I think there's nothing more important than your family," she said, adding, "I know they love each other deeply deep down."
Paris has long been a central figure in supporting Tyson’s career, which has seen him dominate the heavyweight division for over a decade.
