Brooks Nader has dreamed of donning that famous red “Baywatch” swimsuit since she was a little girl.
The model mentions in a new interview with People that her involvement in the show’s reboot has been a dream in the making, and she's taken cues from the original “Baywatch” legends Carmen Electra and Pamela Anderson.
“I’ve been waiting since I was about two years old. I was made for this. I’m like, ‘I've got this,’” the “Dancing With the Stars” alum told the outlet in an interview shared Saturday.
“I’ve been watching the clips of Pam and Carmen Electra. I'm prepared for this.”
The “Love Thy Nader” star, 29, also shared the surreal moment of slipping into her red “Baywatch” one-piece for the first time, observing that “even the wardrobe crew” felt the emotion.
“They were saying, ‘This is incredible and thrilling.’ And the atmosphere among the cast, crew, and everyone involved is just exceptional, and everyone can’t wait to see it all come to life,” she told the outlet.
“I believe everyone will enjoy the show, and everyone is putting in so much effort. It's just so exciting.”
Nader, 29, humorously shared that she now “only runs in slow-mo,” mirroring the series’ signature beach lifeguard moments in slow motion.
The upcoming Fox reboot — also starring Noah Beck and Livvy Dunne, among others — is on track to debut in the 2026-27 season.
It follows in the footsteps of the original series — which lasted 11 seasons starting in 1989 — and the 2017 film version with Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron.
Each embraced the ‘90s iconic red swimsuit, which even Anderson — who portrayed the beach beauty C.J. Parker in the original show — still wears years later.
“I had a couple back then. Now I only have one and it fits,” the actress, now 58, shared with Entertainment Tonight Canada in 2023, mentioning that she “puts it on every once in awhile.”
On the other hand, Electra — who played Lani McKenzie in the long-standing series — once described the revealing uniform as “empowering.”
“I have my suit framed and when visitors come by my house, they get super excited,” the “Scary Movie” actress told the New York Times in 2019. “It just has an effect on people. It was empowering.”
