LeAnn Rimes has been forced to postpone two significant performances from her 30 Years of Blue Tour as she battles a "severe illness" that has left her bedbound.

In a heartfelt statement shared via Instagram Stories on Wednesday, the acclaimed singer informed her followers that she is currently unable to travel or perform.

Rimes expressed her deep disappointment regarding the situation, stating, "i am truly heartbroken to have to reschedule and i am so very grateful for your kindness, and continued support as i recover."

The affected shows, originally scheduled for Spokane and Seattle, have been moved to 31 May and 2 June, respectively.

Rimes sought to reassure her audience by confirming that all original tickets will remain valid for these new dates, though refunds are available for those now unable to attend.

Providing a candid update on her health, she posted a photograph from her bed with a caption explaining the severity of her condition.

"I don’t know exactly what I have, but it’s brutal! Haven’t left the bed," Rimes noted, highlighting the physical toll of the mystery ailment.

This health setback arrives during a momentous period for the artist as she celebrates three decades of musical success.

The current tour commemorates the 1996 release of her debut album, Blue, which she recorded at just thirteen years of age.

That record famously reached the top of the Billboard Country charts and achieved multi-platinum status.

Following her recovery, Rimes intends to continue her anniversary celebrations and has several creative ventures and live appearances planned for the remainder of the year.
