Kansas massage therapist charged with multiple sexual assaults

Aaron P. Borger, a 44-year-old massage therapist from Kansas, has been charged with sexually assaulting multiple female clients following an intensive police investigation.

According to court records filed on Friday, Borger faces eleven charges, including two counts of rape, five counts of aggravated sexual battery, and four counts of misdemeanour sexual battery.

The Baldwin City Police Department initially arrested Borger on 8 April after a woman reported that he had digitally penetrated her during a session at Om Grown Yoga on 3 April.

Since the announcement of his initial arrest, an affidavit obtained by PEOPLE confirms that several more women have come forward to report similar experiences.

The alleged offences are reported to have occurred between 2024 and April 2026. Beyond his work at the Baldwin City yoga studio, police noted that Borger also operated out of a chiropractor's office located in Grandview, Missouri.

Douglas County District Attorney Dakota Loomis praised the bravery of those who have spoken out, stating, "Our office thanks these victims for coming forward and sharing their stories with law enforcement."

Loomis further encouraged anyone who believes they may have experienced "inappropriate, non-consensual contact" by Borger to contact the authorities.

While it remains unclear if Borger has entered a formal plea, prosecutors have committed to holding him accountable for the harm caused to his clients.

The community is reminded that resources are available for victims of abuse, including the Crisis Text Line.

As the legal proceedings move forward, the focus remains on the mounting evidence provided by the growing number of witnesses.
