Robbie Williams stuns wife Ayda with unexpected facial injury from accident

Robbie Williams has shared how his wife, Ayda Field, was left astonished after he suffered an unusual mishap this week.

The 52-year-old musician found himself with half of a front tooth missing, confessing that it simply broke while he was cleaning his teeth.

On Instagram, Robbie posted a cheerful selfie, revealing his unexpected new grin after the mishap.

In his caption, he kicked off with the phrase "Hail Keanu," a familiar term he uses in his online content, before detailing the incident.

Robbie then shared: “Last night, while brushing my teeth, something unusual happened with my tongue, discovering a new spot. Honestly, it felt interesting.”

“Walking back to bed, my tongue was doing something new… a new crevice, a new nook. To be honest, it felt cool.

“I hadn’t put two and tooth together until I smiled at Ayda and she took a sharp intake of breath.

“That's when it hit me: ‘Ah. That interesting feeling is actually half a tooth gone.’

“Ayda laughed. I laughed. Then she mentioned I resembled Dumb and Dumber. That's fair. I guess I do.”

Robbie later shared that it would be a while before he could get his smile fixed, as his dentist is a lengthy 5-hour flight away.

Back in 2024, he decided to enhance his smile with veneers, which now have suffered a break.

In his ongoing post, he stated: “Here's the catch: I'm in Miami, but the expert who enhanced my smile is based in LA.

“With upcoming performances on the horizon, do I need to fly five hours to get it fixed?

“Or... is this going to be my new style? If I can't manage a quick fix, do I go for a '95 Glasto vibe and darken it out? What do you all think? Repair or rebrand?”

Wrapping up with a bit of humor, he cheekily added: “Namaste FFS, Lobby Wiwams x”

Previously, Robbie admitted to “mistreating” his teeth by using them as bottle openers, neglecting regular brushing, and damaging them through past substance use – one of the reasons behind opting for a smile improvement just a couple of years back.

Porcelain veneers can typically last from 10 to 15 years, yet they are prone to chips or cracks.
