New details have emerged regarding the relationship between New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel and former NFL insider Dianna Russini.
According to reports surfaced on Wednesday, the pair allegedly rented a private boat together in Putnam County, Tennessee, in June 2021—just months before Russini gave birth to her first child.
Documents obtained by TMZ suggest that Vrabel and Russini were the only passengers on the vessel for approximately three hours and were notably "cautious" about being photographed by staff.
The revelation follows a string of scandals for the duo, which began last month when Page Six released photos of them embracing and holding hands at a Sedona, Arizona, resort in March 2026.
While both initially denied any wrongdoing—claiming they were part of a larger group of friends—subsequent photos from 2020 showing them kissing in a New York City bar intensified public scrutiny.
During the 2020 encounter, an eyewitness noted that Vrabel was still wearing his wedding ring; he has been married to his wife, Jen, since 1999.
In the wake of the mounting evidence, Vrabel announced he would step away from his duties with the Patriots to seek counselling and focus on his family, admitting his previous actions did not meet the standards he holds for himself.
Meanwhile, Russini has resigned from her role at The Athletic and deleted her social media accounts. Despite the professional fallout, she has reportedly received a standing job offer from colleague Jon "Stugotz" Weiner.
The Vrabels were recently seen in Park City, Utah, for what has been described as an "emergency 24-hour marriage summit."
