Influencer Mason Hull arrested on multiple child pornography charges in Florida

Mason Hull, a social media influencer known online within the controversial “looksmaxxing” community, has been arrested in Florida on multiple child pornography charges, according to authorities.

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Hull was taken into custody on May 6 after deputies executed an arrest warrant charging him with 15 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.

According to a probable cause affidavit cited in reports, the investigation began after Hull’s former girlfriend allegedly provided investigators with screenshots of Telegram conversations she discovered on his phone.

Authorities said the messages appeared to reference payments for access to child pornography.

The woman, who reportedly dated Hull for around eight months, told deputies she searched through his phone while he was asleep after suspecting infidelity, leading to the discovery of the alleged messages.

Investigators later visited Hull’s residence, where he allegedly admitted there had been “at least two separate occasions” in which he paid for links to access child pornography, according to the affidavit.

Authorities subsequently seized Hull’s phone and obtained a search warrant to examine the device.

Investigators said they later discovered 15 videos containing child sexual abuse material.

Hull was arrested by members of the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Unit after being located in the parking area of his residence. He was later arraigned the same day.

Online jail records indicate Hull remains in custody and is expected to appear in court again on June 5.

An attorney representing Hull declined to comment on the allegations.

Hull amassed a combined following of approximately 400,000 users across Instagram and TikTok, where he built an audience as part of the online “looksmaxxing” trend — a subculture focused on enhancing physical appearance, often through extreme or controversial methods.
