Amazon MGM Studios to release Kunal Kemmu's action-comedy 'Vibe' in cinemas on 18 September

Amazon MGM Studios has announced that action-comedy Vibe will launch in Indian cinemas on 18 September, ahead of its subsequent premiere on Prime Video.
About the film
Produced by Kunal Kemmu and Chirag Nihalani through their Drongo Films banner — the company's first production — Vibe centres on two inseparable friends whose ordinary lives are upended by an unpredictable, high-energy adventure that pushes both their survival instincts and their friendship to the limit.
The film is written and directed by Kemmu, who also stars in the lead role alongside Preity G Zinta, Sparsh Shrivastava, and Vanshika Dhir, who makes her screen debut with the project.
Part of a wider theatrical slate
The announcement follows Prime Video India's recent unveiling of an ambitious slate of original television series, feature films, and licensed content.
Other titles on the theatrical slate include Raftaar, starring Rajkummar Rao and Keerthy Suresh and directed by Aditya Nimbalkar; Dilkashi, directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery, produced by Hansal Mehta and Sahil Saigal, with music by A R Rahman; Nayyi Navelli, starring Yami Gautam, directed by Balaji Mohan and produced by Aanand L Rai; and Kuku Ki Kundli, directed by Sharan Sharma and featuring Bhuvan Bam and Wamiqa Gabbi.
