Haley and Hanna Cavinder explain why they got cosmetic surgery together

Haley and Hanna Cavinder are speaking openly about their decision to undergo matching cosmetic procedures together and why they’ve chosen to be transparent about it with their millions of followers.

The 25-year-old twins, former college basketball players turned social media influencers, revealed they underwent identical breast augmentations in July 2025.

Nearly 10 months later, they shared new reflections on the experience while attending the Sports Illustrated Swim Beach Club Party in Miami Beach on May 29.

Haley said their approach comes down to personal confidence and autonomy.

“When it comes to feeling like your most confident self, whatever it is, I'm always for that,” she told People.

“Whatever you want to do, whatever you want to stand with, it's your body and how you feel your most confident self is what you should do at the end of the day.”

Her sister Hanna echoed the sentiment, emphasizing a broader message of body positivity and self-acceptance.

“I would just say, whatever you spread will always come back to you, whether it's body positivity, anything in life,” she said. “If you're happy with yourself, what else matters?”

The twins also addressed why they chose to document and share their cosmetic surgery journey publicly, noting that openness helped them connect with their audience and normalize conversations around personal choices.

With nearly five million followers combined, Haley and Hanna have built a strong online presence that often blends lifestyle content with candid discussions about fitness, confidence, and personal decisions.

Haley also shared that she is currently focused on preparing for her upcoming wedding to Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, saying she is prioritizing fitness, nutrition, and wellness as she approaches the big day.

The sisters first revealed their procedures last year and later confirmed details of their surgeries, including the type and size of implants.

They also previously spoke about recovering together and supporting each other through the process.
