Harper Beckham visits Brooklyn Beckham’s home but leaves without seeing him
The Beckham family remains at the centre of speculation after Harper’s unsuccessful attempt to see Brooklyn
Harper Beckham made a brief attempt to see her older brother, Brooklyn Beckham, during a visit to Los Angeles on Friday, but the meeting did not take place, according to reports.
The 14-year-old daughter of David and Victoria Beckham was in the city to support her father at his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
Following the event, she was seen travelling in an SUV to Brooklyn’s nearby home, which he shares with his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham.
However, the visit reportedly ended without a reunion. Images published by PageSix.com showed Harper arriving at the property in the same pink outfit she wore earlier at the ceremony before leaving shortly after.
A source told the outlet that Brooklyn and Nicola were not at home at the time of her visit and are believed to have been out of town.
The attempted visit comes amid ongoing public attention surrounding reported tensions within the Beckham family.
Brooklyn previously made headlines in January after issuing a strongly worded social media statement in which he said he did not want to reconcile with his family and accused them of attempting to control public narratives about their private lives.
In the statement, he said he had remained silent for years but felt compelled to speak out due to media coverage surrounding the family.
“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life,” he said at the time.
He also alleged that his mother, Victoria Beckham, behaved inappropriately during his 2022 wedding celebrations, further intensifying speculation about tensions within the family.
David Beckham, meanwhile, has declined to comment in detail on the matter, describing it as a private family issue when asked during an interview with Variety surrounding his recent Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
At the ceremony, David was joined by Victoria Beckham and their children Romeo and Cruz, while Brooklyn was not present.
