The rapper made history in London after his BST Hyde Park concert attracted a record-breaking crowd
Pitbull made history at London's BST Hyde Park after headlining the festival's highest-attended concert ever, performing before a record-breaking crowd of 69,999 fans.
The Miami-born superstar paused his 27-date I'm Back global tour for the milestone performance, which also saw him earn a Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps at the same time.
The record-breaking attempt was officially confirmed before the show, with 22,141 fans donning bald caps in tribute to the rapper's signature look.
BBC Radio 1 presenter Greg James led the official count on the Great Oak Stage, while Guinness World Records adjudicator Will Munford presented Pitbull with a framed certificate moments before he took the stage.
The emotional artist then launched into an energetic 20-song set that kept the massive crowd on its feet throughout the evening.
His performance featured some of his biggest chart-topping hits, including "Don't Stop the Party," "Hotel Room Service," and "International Love."
The celebration continued with appearances from special guests Lil Jon and Kesha, who joined Pitbull for a high-energy finale featuring "Gasolina," "Timber," and "Fireball."
In a surprise moment, Pitbull also paid tribute to his British audience by performing Oasis' iconic anthem "Wonderwall."
He dedicated the song to England's national football team ahead of its FIFA World Cup quarter-final against Norway.
The historic concert marked another milestone in Pitbull's decades-long career, combining a record-breaking audience, a Guinness World Record and a hit-filled performance that turned BST Hyde Park into one of the biggest celebrations of the summer music season.
