Jacob Batalon secretly ties the knot with interior designer Veronica Leahov
The actor sparked marriage speculation after wearing a wedding band and calling Veronica Leahov his wife
Jacob Batalon has quietly tied the knot with interior designer Veronica Leahov, more than a year after announcing their engagement in March 2025.
According to People, the couple subtly confirmed the news through a series of clues rather than making a formal announcement.
Batalon first referred to Leahov as his “wife” during a recent interview promoting Spider-Man: Brand New Day alongside co-stars Tom Holland and Zendaya.
While discussing nicknames, the 29-year-old actor joked, “My wife calls me big dog. She doesn’t. I wish she did.”
Fans also noticed Batalon wearing a gold wedding band during recent public appearances, including the Los Angeles premiere of Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Meanwhile, Leahov updated her name on her professional website to “Veronica Leahov Batalon.”
The newlyweds announced their engagement in March 2025 after Batalon proposed during a romantic evening in New York City.
“The beginning of the rest of our lives together,” the actor wrote alongside photos from the proposal.
At the time, Leahov shared her excitement in a separate post, writing that she “never imagined” experiencing such happiness and looked forward to spending forever with the love of her life.
Earlier this year, Batalon revealed that wedding planning was largely left to his fiancée, admitting he preferred to let her handle the details.
“I have not planned anything at all,” he previously told People. “My fiancée, she’s really good at it. I genuinely just was like, ‘Tell me when and where and I’ll make it.’”
The couple, who generally keep their relationship private, have occasionally shared heartfelt tributes to one another on social media while celebrating birthdays and major milestones.
