Amber Heard slays red-carpet glam at Taormina Film Festival for ‘In the Fire’ premiere

Amber Heard made a powerful comeback into the spotlight with the world premiere of her latest film, In the Fire, at the Taormina Film Festival in Italy on June 23.

The Aquaman starlet, 37, appeared in great spirits at the 69th Taormina Film Festival, marking her first major public appearance since losing the defamation trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp last year.

Amber Heard looked stunning in a black caped maxi dress, she paired with matching platform heels. The Rum Diary actress styled her long blonde hair down in curls, looking glamorous as ever.

She also posed for pictures on the carpet and clicked selfies with fans and signed autographs.

The Zombieland star joined her co-stars Luca Calvani, Eduardo Noriega and Yari Gugliucci and In The Fire director, Conor Allyn, as well as actor William "Billy" Baldwin.

Earlier at the event, Heard looked gorgeous in a white skirt, a T-shirt and high black heels, at the Teatro Antico in the Sicilian town.

In the Fire follows a story of a doctor (played by Amber Heard) who travels to a remote plantation in the 1890s to treat a boy with unexplained abilities, who the local priest believes is possessed by the Devil.

Amber Heard will be reprising her role of Mera in the upcoming Aquaman sequel, which is set for December 20 release.
