'Toh Phir Aao': Mustafa Zahid takes a trip down memory lane in heartfelt video

Mustafa Zahid, the lead vocalist of the rock band Roxen, spreads nostalgia with his very old composition Toh Phir Aao. 

Turning to the video-sharing app, Zahid dropped a clip of the song he created 20-years-ago as it holds a special place in his heart till date.

To bring alive fan memories the singer dropped a special footage with a heartfelt acknowledgement for the song. 

He as caption penned, "This was the first song I ever composed in my life. The song is a bit old, perhaps you have forgotten.”

"20 years back, I composed this song. 16 years back, it was featured in Awarapan. [The] rest, as they say, is history,” added Zahid.

Toh Phir Aao became a blockbuster with its epic feature in the 2007 film Awarapan that promised him a solid rank in the music industry.

The clip therefore opened with Zahid walking through the barren land as he slowly moves his hands over the keys along with a montage of his various concerts . 

The audience once again got felt in awe upon hearing his soulful voice. 

Zahid's fans and followers hailed the video for the emotional connection it offers for  defeated lovers.
