Harrison Ford, who has starred in all five Indiana Jones film has reflected on his first reaction after he was given the costume for first movie Raiders Of The Lost Ark.

Ford admitted, that he did not really like the costume that included a brown leather jacket, whip and a cowboy hat when it was presented to him during his first ever Indiana Jones movie back in 1981.

In his recent conversation with GQ, the Call of the Wild actor revealed, “It was presented to me as an aspect of character in the first film. My questions about it were many.” 

For went further as he recalled some of the questions including, “Why am I wearing a leather jacket in the jungle? Isn’t it hot here? Why am I carrying a whip? What am I going to do with a f*cking whip? I’m going to whip people?”

Raiders of the Lost Ark, directed by Steven Spielberg was based on a story by George Lucas and Philip Kaufman. It revolves around Ford's iconic character Indiana Jones. 

In his latest interview with Total Film, the 80-year-old admitted that after this last film directed by James Mangold, he will wave goodbye to the character.

“This is the final film in the series, and this is the last time I’ll play the character,” Ford said, adding,  “I anticipate that it will be the last time that he appears in a film.”

Despite having a television series in development, based on the Indiana Jones movies, Ford is not involved with the project.
