Varun Dhawan has opened up about the success of his recently released film Bawaal and thanked his fans for giving the film a place in their heart.

Taking to Instagram, the Student of the Year actor shared a series of photos of himself from the movie and penned a long caption.

“Ajju bhaiya ne Mahual bana diya. Thank u for giving Bawaal a place In Your heart,” he wrote.

The 36-year-old actor continued: “I have never received so many calls for any film of mine. The impact this film is having on people is incredible.”

“It’s a conversation starter about the fake image industry and how today we are all in someway slaves to this ideology. Thank u for watching and enjoying Ajju and his family. You are Bawaal,” the Dilwale actor added.

Bawaal was released on Prime Video on July 21, 2023. Apart from Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor played a lead role in the film.
