'Vanderpump Rules' star Tom Schwartz finalized divorce from ex-wife Katie Maloney in October 2022

Vanderpump Rules famed Tom Schwartz admitted that he has "rebranded" his house following divorce from ex wife and co-star Katie Maloney.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE magazine, Schwartz told he is no longer ashamed of inviting guest over his house.
He said, "I think I wouldn't be ashamed to bring someone in there anymore."
The 40-year-old actor told as he referred to his house new setup, "My TV in the living room is no longer on the floor. I have a nightstand or a chic TV stand, It's still giving midlife crisis post-divorce vibes, but it's a lot cozier in there."

Schwartz also reiterated how his present flat has undergone a "major rebrand," saying, "It's no longer the depression chamber, I've rebranded."
Despite that, the Winter House actor also mentioned that his current living situation is not permanent but temporary.
He noted, "It's now my $4,000 a month storage unit that I'm temporarily living in until I either buy a new house or get a new apartment, so that's how I look at it now, and I'm grateful to have a roof over my head."

Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney announced the news of their separation on their respective social media accounts in March 2022 after 5 years of marriage.
Despite their decision to part ways, Maloney revealed in her You’re Gonna Love Me podcast that they were initially still living together in their house.
Shortly afterward, the former couple sold their Los Angeles home and moved into their own separate apartments.
The former couple finalized their divorce on October 12, 2022.
