Cristiano Ronaldo marked his 1,200th professional match by contributing a goal and an assist, playing a pivotal role in securing a 4-1 victory for his team, Al-Nassr, in the Saudi League against Al-Riyadh on Friday.
Taking to X (former Twitter), the Saudi League posted, “Cristiano Ronaldo has now played in 1,200 professional matches.”

The 38-year-old footballer broke the deadlock just after the thirty-minute point by converting a cross from Sadio Mane. Mane, who saw a disallowed goal in the first minute, provided the assist.
He further solidified his position as the league's leading scorer, notching his 16th goal in as many matches this season.
His performance played a crucial role in his team's recovery from a 3-0 loss to Al-Hilal leaders the previous Friday.
Ronaldo celebrated his triumph by sharing on his social media platform, “Three more points!" adding, "Thankful to all my team mates who helped me reach my 1,200th match. What a ride but we’re not done yet!"
