Bradley Cooper found himself compelled to abandon a press conference for his latest film, Maestro, in response to an urgent call from his six-year-old daughter Lea's school nurse.
The Hangovers star who shares custody of Lea with his ex, Irina Shayk, was in a20 minutes press conference promoting his Netflix film.
It was at this point that he glanced at his phone and made an announcement, “So sorry. The school nurse just called me.
He went on to say, “Can I just leave the room for a second to call them back and you can keep going. Is that all right?”
Cooper,48, who made waves with his budding romance with Gigi Hadid, explained, “I have to go to the school to do something with Lea that needs… I have to apply something that they won't allow… I have to do it, so it's like a ten minute walk.”
This incident occurred during the press conference following Bradley Cooper's paternal duties, as he was photographed attending to his child in New York on December 15.
It is pertinent to mention that a few days earlier, Cooper's daughter, Lea, made her first appearance on the red carpet alongside her father.
In a charming ensemble, Cooper sported a three-piece navy blue suit with a white shirt and black tie, while his daughter looked adorable in a leopard print Dolce & Gabbana dress paired with glittering gold ballet flats.

She styled her blonde hair pulled back, adorned with side-swept bangs, and showcased a red manicure for her significant evening.
She complemented her look with a square-shaped red purse, participating in photo sessions with the movie's cast, which included Maya Hawke, Matt Bomer, Sarah Silverman, and Carey Mulligan.
Cooper's movie that releases in the theater on September 2, 2023. he takes on the role of composer and conductor Leonard Bernstein.
