'Mr. Bean' series season 4 gears to hit screens on THIS date

Bean: The Animated Series  is set to hit the big screens with upcoming season 4, to be premiered globally in 2025.

As reported by Variety, the upcoming series would also be voiced and executive produced by Rowan Atkinson alongside Tom Beattie.

Season 4 of  Bean: The Animated Series will comprise of 52 episodes, with all of them having a running time of 11 minutes. 

This would bring the total number of episodes of the Mr. Bean series to 182.

Banijay’s Tiger Aspect Kids & Family has commissioned the series in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery and ITVX.

Across the Europe, the upcoming animated series will air on Cartoonito and HBO Max, while in the Middle East and Africa on the Warner Bros.

Dave Osbourne will serve as the director of the series, while its production will be handled by Tiger Aspect Kids & Family.

The lead content writers of the script are Ciaran Murtagh and Andrew Barnett Jones.

Bean: The Animated Series revolves around the adventures of Mr. Bean and Teddy, as they embark on different journeys causing plenty of mischief along the way.

Previously, Atkinson told the outlet, “I have always enjoyed this iteration of the Mr. Bean character and the particular freedoms he has in animated form. We can take him into space or down a tin mine, without me personally having to suffer the consequences. The animation process creatively is always fascinating and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into the new series very much.”

“It’s a real pleasure to have the opportunity to go back to such a special series. ‘Mr. Bean’ is an iconic comedy legend and it’s an honor to work with Rowan to create this physically funny series,” co-executive producer, Beattie said while expressing his delight over the upcoming season.
