Kanye West faces legal battle over alleged punching and disfiguring autograph seeker
Kanye West got sued for assault and battery by autograph seeker he allegedly punched in 2022

Kanye West is being sued for assault and battery by an autograph seeker he allegedly punched outside a members-only club in January 2022.
On Wednesday, TMZ obtained court documents that state that Justin Poplawski is claiming Kanye punched him repeatedly after he asked him for an autograph in Los Angeles.
The alleged victim said that the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy crooner told him to “Go the (expletive) here before I beat you the (expletive) up.”
Kanye further added, “So do you want to get attacked for real?”
The Life of Pablo hitmaker then allegedly struck him several times more, “severely injuring him,” after the victim requested an apology.
Later on, Kanye allegedly told one of his associates to “go to the (expletive) house and get my (expletive) kids.”
The alleged victim is now demanding an unspecified amount of damages to pay the medical bills due to his alleged disfigurement, lost earnings and mental pain and suffering.
At the time, Kanye’s attorney, Michael Goldstein said that “video and photographs provided to the City Attorney’s office confirmed that this particular individual followed my client to three different locations over a short period of time and ultimately waited for him at his hotel where he approached my client at 3 a.m. [local time].”
“He once again entered my client’s personal space, which was unacceptable,” Michael added.

Kanye concluded, “And this dude just, he just had this real attitude, like, ‘Whatchu gonna do? And see that?’ Imma just tell you, that blue COVID mask ain’t stop that knockout, you know what I’m saying.”
