The ingredients required for the avocado sandwich are as follows:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 slices Italian bread
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Cheddar cheese to taste
- ½ ripe avocado, sliced

Procedure to make avocado egg sandwich:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Crack eggs into skillet; cook for one to two minutes.
- Flip and cook eggs until done, two to five minutes more.
- Transfer eggs to a plate and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread butter onto one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lay bread slices in the hot skillet, butter-side down.
- Quickly layer mozzarella cheese, one fried egg, Cheddar cheese, one fried egg, avocado and remaining bread slice, butter-side-up.
- Carefully flip the sandwich to grill the other side until golden brown, three to four minutes.
- Remove the sandwich from skillet, cut in half and enjoy.
