Will Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce get engaged in Summer?

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, who have been inseparable since September last year are most likely to get engaged this summer.

As reported by Page Six, the Anti-Hero hit maker and her NFL boyfriend plan to exchange rings in summer of 2024, as there are rumours that Kelce held off from proposing Swift during Christmas holidays because “they don’t want it to seem like it’s rushed insanity.”

The insider also noted that for the same reason, Travis Kelce will not go down on one knee on Valentine’s Day to propose the Cruel Summer singer for marriage.

“Taylor and Travis discussed it and there is a plan,” the insider noted, adding, “They will get engaged on their one-year anniversary in July.”

This update comes shortly after a video from Swift and Kelce’s New Year’s Eve party went viral, where they could be seen doing tango and locking lips.

The 34-year-old pop icon confirmed her relationship with the Kansas City Chief’s tight end in September, with her first public appearance at Arrowhead Stadium to cheer on Kelce.

However, in her Times Person of the Year interview Swift revealed that she and the 34-year-old athlete were already a couple when she attended her first match.

“We started hanging out right after that,” Swift told the magazine in December, 2023.

She continued, “So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other.”

“I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game,” Swift added, “We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”

The Lover songstress further noted, “When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care…”

“The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other,” she added.
