All My Children star Alec Musser died at the age of 50 in his home in Del Mar, California, on Friday.

His fiancée, Paige Press, confirmed to TMZ about the actor’s death. However, the cause of death has not been revealed.

Alec played a character called Del Henry in the long-running soap opera between 2005 and 2007.

The late star also starred in ABC's Desperate Housewives for 2011 episodes. His other acting gigs include Grown Ups, Rita Rocks and Road to the Altar.

Paige also made the heartbreaking announcement of his passing on her Instagram Story with some snaps with the late star.

She penned, "I will never stop loving you. My heart is broken…Today is the worst day of my life. We were so happy," she continued in another story slide, "You were the best fiancé I could of ever asked for."

Alec also graced the covers of men's magazines like Men's Health and Men's Workout. American actor, Channing Tatum, recreated one of the late actor's covers for the promotion of his movie Dog.

The Rita Rocks star praised Channing's effort, writing, "Thank you [Channing Tatum] Dog movie Imitation truly is the sincerest form of flattery. Calle nailed this pose in about 4 frames on a Max Fitness cover shoot. During a lighting change phenom, fitness-photographer Corey Sorenson said, 'grab ur dog for a few' and the illustrious career of [Calle the Superstar] was born."
