SEVENTEEN has emerged victorious in the monthly brand reputation ranking conducted by the Korea Brand Reputation Research Institute, surpassing BTS for the first time in five years.

For the last 67 months, BTS has consistently dominated the monthly brand reputation ranking.

However, the latest report for January unveils a significant change as a new Korean boy band, none other than SEVENTEEN, has claimed the top spot on the list, dethroning the Bangtan Boys.

The monthly brand reputation ranking changes every month and BTS stars Jin, Jimin, Suga, J-Hope, Jungkook, RM, and V, have held the leading position for more than 5 years.

January K-pop brand reputation ranking:

As per Koreaboo, the January K-pop brand reputation rankings are as follows: SEVENTEEN, NCT, BTS, RIIZE, ZEROBASEONE, THE BOYZ, Stray Kids, EXO, SHINee, ASTRO, ATEEZ, Super Junior, TVXQ, BTOB, and BOYNEXTDOOR.

BTS’ Jungkook gets nominated for People's Choice Award:

Recently, Jungkook was nominated in four categories for this year's People's Choice Awards which include The Pop Artist of the Year, The Male Artist of the Year, The New Artist of the Year, and The Collaboration Song of the Year for his solo debut song, Seven, featuring Latto.

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) on Saturday, Jungkook penned, “I remember being so excited to receive the Peoples Choice Awards with BTS.”

He further added, “As a solo artist, I'm truly honored to be nominated at this year's awards for The Male Artist of the Year, The Pop Artist of the Year, The New Artist of the Year, and The Collaboration Song of the Year! Thank you for all your love and support, ARMY."
