- 1lb. sirloin steak
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 red or pink grapefruits
- 2tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1 small avocado
- 1 bunch of baby arugula
- 2 cups fresh coriander
- Unsalted roasted pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)

- Heat broiler; line a broiler-proof rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- Place the steak on the prepared pan and season with one-fourth teaspoon each of salt (if using) and pepper.
- Broil to the desired doneness, four to five minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for at least five minutes before slicing.
