Armeena Rana Khan comes to Resham’s rescue- “Stop with performative outrage and bullying easy targets”

Resham was receiving a lot of backlash for a video circulating on the internet where the actress can be seen dumping plastic wrappers in the river. She received a lot of criticism for this heinous act, especially when global warming is intensifying with each passing day.

However, the actress apologized and Armeena Rana Khan, who’s known for her opinionated takes on sensitive matters, comes to rescue her, saying “Resham has apologized twice now.”

Armeena took her Instagram story to knock some sense in people throwing incessant hatred towards Resham and wrote, “Resham had apologised twice now, We all know instinctively that littering is abominable, many of us have done it at some point. 

She further added, “It’s a cultural and systematic problem in Pakistan. Incessantly attacking her shows another problem with our people, not only do we litter but we also love bullying. Especially our own and kowtowing to self-appointed saviours.”

Concluding, she also strongly expressed her dislike toward bullies. She further wrote, “Finally, I really, really dislike bullies.”
