Enrique Iglesias achieved another milestone on Spotify with his song, ASI ES LA VIDA, which was released on September 28, 2023 in collaboration with Maria Becerra.

The Latin artist took to his official Instagram account to upload a story celebrating his song reaching the number one spot on the streaming platform.

Los40Spain, the largest music community of Latin America celebrated the achievement with a story and a caption that read, “El primero para La Nena, el novena para Enrique,” which translates into “The first for our girl (Becerra), the ninth for Enrique.”

Meanwhile, Becerra reposted the story on her account and expressed her gratitude with the caption “Muchas gracias,” which means “Thank you very much,” in English.

ASI ES LA VIDA was released by Sony Latin Music as the lead single of Enrique Iglesias’ upcoming album, Final (Vol.2).

Iglesias collaborated with the Argentinian singer and former YouTuber, Maria Becerra for the song and released its music video a week later following its official audio release.

Iglesias hinted at the release of his album Final (Vol.2) on February 1, 2024 and edited the caption of his post to the tracks that would be included in the forthcoming album.

The Bailando crooner also stated that this album would be the last one that he would release as a sequel to his previous album titled, Final (Vol.1).
