Sara Ali Khan has recently shared insights about the parallels between herself and her character in the upcoming Netflix film Murder Mubarak.

While conversing at the trailer launch event of the highly anticipated bloody thriller, the Atragi Re starlet was asked about her character Bambi Todi in the flick, with her real life, and she replied, “We are very different.”

Sara shared, “We are very different, I recognize the privilege that I come from. I think I have a slightly more real upbringing to her, as a result of which, I think I may be more sensitive than she is.”

“I think she is more stylish than I am, and she is also a kleptomaniac, which you will find out. And I am not, or at least I have to say I am not,” the Love Aaj Kal starlet added.

Sara mentioned that both she and her character came from privileged backgrounds, but she is aware of them contrary to her character who is oblivious to them.

The Kedarnath actress along with the ensemble cast, Pankaj Tripathi, Vijay Varma, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Suhail Nayyar, director Homi Adajania, producer Dinesh Vijan were present at the trailer launch.

The movie Murder Mubarak is set to release on Netflix on March 15, 2024.
