Sydney Sweeney recently opened up about her heartfelt connection with her rescue dog, Tank.

As per PEOPLE report, the Euphoria actress told the outlet how her dog, Tank has become an essential part of her self-care routine.

She said, “My dog, Tank, really is so important in my own self-care process, whether it is just playing with her, taking her to the dog park or taking her on a walk, it just lets me take a moment and unplug from everything else.”

Aside from her furry friend, Sweeney also finds relaxation in reading books and staying physically active.

Sweeney enjoys challenging workouts like Solidcore and emphasizes the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

“I love to work out… Pilates redefined... so freaking good,” she said.

The Americana actress added, “It's the hardest workout you'll ever have in your entire life... You will feel pain you've never felt before.”

On the work front, Sweeney who made headlines for her recent performance in Anyone But You, hinted at the possible sequel of the film.

During her appearance at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Madame Web actress shared the news stating, “Maybe like a high nine chance.”
