Jennifer Garner recently talked about about aging and selfcare.
As per PEOPLE report, the actress discussed the process of aging, embracing it with a sense of gratitude and positivity.
She reflected on her life's journey, expressing appreciation for the wisdom she has gained over the years.
"Honestly, mostly, I am grateful just to be alive... And I'm grateful for the wisdom that I've gleaned out of these years and really grateful to be able to watch other women go through this process of life so gracefully," the Miracles from Heaven actress said.

Garner added that she tries to 'to follow in their footsteps and tell other young women, 'Take care of yourself, but don't be scared. Aging is a gift.''
The 13 Going on 30 actress also added, "I eat really well. I just finished a big bowl of kale...And I have a really strong family and strong relationships in my life."
Jennifer Garner, mother to three children with her ex-husband Ben Affleck, Garner also talks about the significance of having strong family ties and nurturing relationships.
She candidly admits to allowing herself the space to experience down days, stating, "I'm gentle with myself."
