Beyoncé created a history as she became the first black woman to win the Grammy Award for album of the year in 26 years.

As reported by Daily Mail, the 43-year-old upon winning, got stunned and quickly adopting a robot-inspired look as it was revealed her album,  Cowboy Carter had scored her first ever win in the category.

The superstar then in no time unfroze and hugged 13-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, and husband Jay-Z.

During her acceptance speech, the Single Ladies hitmaker said, “Oh, my god. Wow. I really was not expecting this.”

She went on to say, “Wow. I want to thank god. Oh, my god. That I am able to still do what I love after so many years. Oh, my god. I would like to thank all of the incredible country artists that accepted this album. We work so hard on it.”

The TEXAS HOLD 'EM crooner concluded her speech by thanking her family and everyone who helped her work on the critically-acclaimed project.

For the unversed, Beyonce beat out Chris Stapleton’s Higher, Kacey Musgraves’s Deeper Well, Lainey Wilson’s Whirlwind, and Post Malone’s F-1 Trillion to win the title.
