Chappell Roan will soon release her country single ‘The Giver’
Chappell Roan recently announced the release date of her highly anticipated country single, The Giver.
The 27-year-old singer took to Instagram and posted a picture of herself and with the announcement, saying that the song will be out at 8 pm on Thursday, March 13, 2025.
With the poster picture, the Pink Pony Club crooner wrote, “@dan_nigro and I wrote this together and it was so fun!!!”
The HOT TO GO! singer went on to say, “We’ve never done a country song and I have such a special place in my heart for country music.
“I grew up listening to it every morning and afternoon on my school bus and had it swirling around me at bon fires, grocery stores and karaoke bars.”
The singer, whose real name is Kayleigh Rose Amstutz, added, “Many people have asked if this means I’m making a country album???”
“My answer is.. hmm right now I’m just making songs that make me feel happy and fun and The Giver is my take on cuntry xoxo may the classic country divas lead their genre,” the singer said, who recentlty won two BRIT awards, concluded, saying, “I am just here to twirl and do a little gay yodel for yall.”
The Giver will mark Chappell Roan’s first release since Good Luck, Babe!, which she dropped in April last year.
