Seth Rogen, Penelope Cruz to star in Olivia Wilde's 'The Invite'

Seth Rogen is an American actor known for his voice-over roles in animated films such as Mufasa, Kung Fu Panda, and The Super Mario Bros Movie, among others.

However, he has also worked in numerous non-animated films also including An American Pickle and Dumb Money to name a couple.

His latest project is directed by Olivia Wilde in which he will co-star with Penelope Cruz, and Edward Norton.

The name of the movie is The Invite and it is inspired by the Spanish film Sentimental.

On other fronts all the actors have a myriad of other projects in the works well.

Penelope  already has two soon-to-release projects including Bride!  and Day Drinker. The former is set to release in 2026 while the release date of the latter has not been announced.

A cluster of Seth Rogen films are also coming up with Animal Farm, Good Fortune, a Super Mario Bros. Movie sequel, a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film and The Wrong Girls to release soon.

Moving on to the Fight Club actor, Edward Norton’s last film was A Complete Unknown which was released last year.

Olivia Wilde will herself star in The Invite as well as direct the film.
