Halle Berry looks gorgeous in a strapless maroon dress at Cannes 2025

Halle Berry looked breathtakingly gorgeous at the Cannes Film Festival 2025.

On Monday, May, 19, Halle looked like a Hollywood royalty as she arrived for the Chopard Universe Gala in a show stopping maroon dress.

The Catwoman actress was wearing a satin bodice dipped corset paired with a floor-length skirt that swirled up into an architecturally sculpted trail.

She polished her look with dangly earrings and rings, and matching maroon coloured pointed-toe pumps.

Halle styled her tresses in a wavy bob, and in the makeup department she opted for a glam look.

The Oscar winner led the celebrity red carpet arrivals for the jewellery brand gala.

As per Page Six report, Halle was a festival jury member this year and required to change her outfit due to new dress code rules prohibiting nudity and voluminous attire with large trains.

The 58-year-old said at a news conference last week, “I had an amazing dress by Gaurav Gupta to wear tonight, and I cannot wear it because the train’s too big.”

Halle Berry also acknowledged that the nudity ban is “probably also a good rule.”
