Ana de Armas excited to work with rumoured beau Tom Cruise

Ana de Armas and her rumoured boyfriend Tom Cruise are gearing up to collaborate on their forthcoming exciting project.

The 37-year-old Cuban-Spanish actress and the 63-year-old American actor are all set to begin filming the Doug Liman-directed thriller Deeper in August, according to a source.

An exclusive insider spilled the beans to PEOPLE on de Armas' relationship dynamics with the Mission: Impossible actor.

The source disclosed that the two actors have a "special work relationship" and that the Deep Water star has been "prepping" all summer for their debut project together.

"Tom is crazy hardworking and she's very excited to work with him. She calls it an opportunity of a lifetime," the tipster tattled.

In addition, the confidant clarified that the relationship between the duo is "not romantic."

This insight came after de Armas and Cruise were photographed looking cosy on a yacht near Menorca, an island off the eastern coast of Spain.

Previously, while speaking with Variety at the June premiere of her latest project, Ballerina, the Blonde performer called the Top Gun actor’s public support for her film "unbelievable" and "amazing."

"He supports every movie. He really wants the industry and cinema to go well and people going to the theatres," de Armas added.

To note, the release date of the film Deeper, starring Ana de Armas and Tom Cruise, has yet to be announced.
