GTA VI fans spot ‘bugs’ and unfinished details in official trailers
Grand Theft Auto (GTA) VI, widely considered one of the most eagerly awaited games in history, continues to generate buzz as fans dissect every piece of official content released so far.
With the game now set for release on May 26, 2026, following a delay from its initial Autumn 2025 window, eagle-eyed players have turned their attention to the recently released second trailer and a batch of new screenshots.
In early May, Rockstar Games unveiled trailer two alongside updated visuals, new artwork, and an overhauled website.
While fans were excited to see more of the game, a recent post by Reddit user Fluffy-Cat2826 has drawn significant attention by pointing out what are claimed to be 18 different “bugs” or “unfinished elements” in the official materials.
These supposed issues, originally highlighted by YouTuber KerstHD, include rendering problems, inaccurate reflections, missing shadows, and other minor graphical inconsistencies.
Although none of these flaws are game-breaking, they’ve sparked lively discussion among the fan community.
Some users took a humorous approach. One commenter joked, “You just delayed the game for another year,” in response to the fan scrutiny.
Another, MogosTheFirst, said, “There are a lot of bugs and visual glitches in the trailer and screenshots, which funny enough, makes me more hyped for the game because it proves these are all in-game instead of pre-rendered.”
Others shared mixed opinions, with user itsRobbie_ noting, “Some of these are reaching but some are real, yeah,” while pipinfalcao quipped, “Yea that’s it I’m not playing it.”
Despite the playful criticism, many fans seem to understand that the visuals represent a work in progress.
