Duchess Sophie reveals shocking truth behind skipping Princess Diana's funeral

In a revelation that has stunned royal followers, royal insiders have pardoned Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, from attending Princess Diana’s funeral due to her not attending her funeral due to her not marrying Prince Edward.

Sophie has become the object of scrutiny after her skipping of Princess Diana’s funeral. Alongside Sophie, a myriad of royals also paid attended her funeral including Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and Prince William.

With her not being a fully integrated member of the royal family, palace sources suggest that attendance at the funeral could have had undesirable consequences.
