Ariana Grande launches presale for 2026 ‘Eternal Sunshine’ tour after MTV VMA wins

Ariana Grande, one of the world’s biggest pop stars, is officially returning to the stage. Known for her powerhouse vocals and chart-topping hits like Thank U, Next and No Tears Left to Cry, she has built a career as one of the most influential artists of her generation with her seamless blend of pop and R&B.

After a seven-year break from touring the American singer is hitting the road again with her highly anticipated 2026 Eternal Sunshine tour.

Due to overwhelming demand, she has just announced nine additional dates for the North American leg of the tour and this marks her first tour since the conclusion of her Sweetener and Thank U, Next tour in December 2019, making this return a major moment for her fans around the world.

The announcement came shortly after the singer's appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards over the weekend, where Ariana presented the Video Vanguard Award to Mariah Carey.

She also took home her own VMA win for Brighter Days Ahead, the sci-fi short film that accompanied her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine and earlier this year, the 32-year-old actress released Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead, which included new songs and fan favourites.

However, pre-sale tickets for the tour went live early Tuesday morning, selling out quickly, while general ticket sales will open on Wednesday, September 10, and tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com.

Fans can also look forward to a range of VIP packages and exclusive experiences giving them a chance to get even closer to the star.

The new tour dates are spread across several cities in the United States and Canada ensuring that more fans have the chance to see Ariana perform live as the Eternal Sunshine tour is expected to be a celebration of her latest music, a return to her past hits, and a showcase of the Into You hitmaker’s growth as an artist over the last several years.

Ariana Grande has spent much of the past few years focusing on her acting career, most notably starring in and promoting Wicked: For Good, the highly anticipated film adaptation of the Broadway musical.
