As Prince Harry turned 41, let’s delve into his game-changing achievements via numerous initiatives, aimed at creating positive global impact, reflecting his commitment to philanthropy and promote wellbeing.

Here are some of the notable good things the Duke of Sussex has done so far:

Humanitarian work:

Sentebale is a charitable organisation, co-founded by the prince along with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006.

The name "Sentebale," meaning "forget-me-not" in Sesotho, symbolises a commitment to remembering.

Based in Lesotho, Southern Africa, this charity aims at supporting vulnerable children and young people in southern Africa, particularly those affected by HIV/AIDS, by providing healthcare, education, and life skills.

Invictus Games:

It is another charity the duke, who has been a patron himself, started in 2014 for wounded warriors.

His Invictus Games aims to empower wounded servicemen and women via sports, promoting recovery and resilience.

Charity in Ukraine:

Recently on September 12, the prince made a heartfelt visit to Kyiv, and announced new charity plans to support the rehabilitation of wounded Ukrainian soldiers.

During his visit, he also paid tribute at a memorial for fallen heroes.

Project Angel Food:

Initiated by Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, this project delivered food parcels to those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic in Los Angeles.

Aspen Institute:

The prince was appointed to a US think tank looking at misinformation and disinformation in the media.

In a statement, Harry said, "The experience of today's digital world has us inundated with an avalanche of misinformation, affecting our ability as individuals as well as societies to think clearly and truly understand the world we live in. It's my belief that this is a humanitarian issue."

Heads Together:

Based in London, this charity was initiated by Prince Harry along with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to end stigma around mental health.

This foundation also advocates mental health awareness and environmental initiatives.

Better Up campaign:

The prince, who joined Better Up campaign as Chief Impact Officer, plays a huge role as the startup company involves mental health coaching, and support.

Better Up said Harry was an ideal choice because: "As a true citizen of the world, he has dedicated his life’s work to bringing attention to the diverse needs of people everywhere and advocating for mental health initiatives."
