Sean "Diddy" Combs, who was sentenced to four years and two months in prison for transportation to engage in prostitution, will be transferred somewhere.
The 55-year-old rapper, who had been at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since 13 months, on Friday, October 3, appeared before the judge for the final ruling in his case where he was also fined half a million dollars.
According to international outlet, the disgraced music mogul will now be moved to a federal facility, however, the information about the exact facility he will go to has still been under wraps for now.
During the court hearing, earlier the day, “Diddy” showed no visible change of emotion as he learned his sentence, sitting in his chair and looking straight ahead as the judge spoke.
Moreover, in his final speech before sentencing, the Bad Boy Record founder made a plea for his leniency, requesting Judge Arun Subramanian, "I ask your honor for a chance to be a father again."
Diddy went on to say, "A son again ... a leader in my community again ... for a chance to get the help that I desperately need to be a better person."
In the end, Sean “Diddy” Combs also apologised to the people he hurt physically and mentally with his actions, especially his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
