Ben Affleck teases reunion with THIS past romance after Jennifer Lopez split

Ben Affleck is reportedly feeling remorseful and reflecting on his past romances following his highly publicised divorce from Jennifer Lopez.

According to recent reports, the 53-year-old actor wants to reconnect with his Deep Water co-star, Ana de Armas, and is considering reaching out to her following her split from Tom Cruise.

A source, in this regard, told OK! Magazine, “Ben's never really stopped thinking about Ana. He believes there's unfinished business between them and that things ended too soon.”

The insider added, “Now that she's single, he wants to see if the connection is still there."

Another tipster claimed that the Gone Girl star has “been feeling pretty lonely lately,” noting, “He's been single for over a year now, and not by design.”

"He's been reflecting on the relationships that brought him real happiness, and Ana comes to mind first,” the confidant said.

In a surprising twist, the Accountant actor’s close friends reportedly do not approve of him trying to reach out to the Blonde actress.

"People close to him are rolling their eyes," an insider continued. “They've seen this before – Ben revisiting old flames instead of moving forward. He has a habit of idealizing the past and going after what's out of reach.”

Despite the disapproval, his peers believe he is pretty serious this time, and if the Ballerina actress is open to the idea of dating again, he would “love another shot, as their chemistry was real.”

It is worth noting that Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas first sparked dating rumours in March 2020.

The couple, however, parted ways in 2021, after dating for almost an year.
