Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ alleged conspirator denies links to imprisoned rapper in new lawsuit
Notorious B.I.G.’s son takes legal action against one of Diddy’s accusors
Christopher “C.J.” Wallace, son of late rapper Notorious B.I.G., is suing record producer and publicist Jonathan Hay over claims that he had set him up for a non-consensual sexual encounter with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
According to an official complaint obtained by PEOPLE, Hay had accused Wallace of luring him “to be sexually assaulted by Combs at Wallace’s house and witnessing a supposed sexual assault at his house”.
Wallace’s suit against Hay has denied the claims made against himself, including his sexual dynamic and partnership with Combs, and further noted that “Hay acted with actual malice, knowing the statements were false or with reckless disregard for their truth or falsity”.
C.J. Wallace, who also works as an actor, also highlighted the “general and special damages, including loss of professional opportunities, humiliation, and mental anguish” he suffered following Hay’s accusations in his lawsuit filing.
The entertainment publication added that Wallace “is seeking punitive and compensatory damages in an amount to be determined by a jury.”
Meanwhile, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prison sentence was recently increased by almost a month, with his release date now listed as June 4, 2028, as opposed to the previously ruled timing of May 8, 2028. Sources have cited the disgraced music mogul’s illegal alcohol consumption and other protocol violations while in detainment as reasons behind the latest change.
