Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs treats inmates with special gesture on Thanksgiving
The music mogul was moved to the prison in October 2025 after he was sentenced to 50 months in prison
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Thanksgiving activities have finally been revealed as he organised and paid for holiday-themed meals for his fellow prison inmates.
According to Us Weekly, the 56-year-old music mogul, who is serving a four-year sentence at the FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, helped feed 1,000 men in the federal facility.
Reports shared that "Diddy" and his group bought food from the prison commissary, prepared the meals over two days, and delivered them to every housing unit at Fort Dix.
The menu included turkey roast, mashed potatoes, corn and dessert.
However, due to limited resources, the disgraced rapper and the group used ID cards for cutting the food and lacked access to stoves or microwaves.
“Thanksgiving, to me, is about making sure other people eat,” he exclusively told the outlet through his spokesperson.
The Last Night crooner added, “Everybody misses their family. People get depressed during the holidays. We just wanted to come together as a family and do our own thing.”
Reflecting on his time in prison, "Diddy" noted, "There is a strong brotherhood. We all look out for each other. It's nothing but a positive thing. It's like a little bit of home in a dark place."
For those unversed, he has been incarcerated since his September 2024 arrest on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Shortly after, "Diddy" was moved to the prison in October 2025 after he was sentenced to 50 months in prison plus five years of supervised release and a $500,000 fine, on two counts of violating the Mann Act, which involves transporting individuals for the purpose of prostitution.
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ release date is scheduled for June 4, 2028, per the Bureau of Prisons website.
