FKA Twigs and North West collaborated on track called ‘Childlike Things’
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter, North West, has earned emotional praise from FKA Twigs as she teamed up with the singer for her third studio album, Eusexua, earlier this year.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, the 37-year-old English singer opened up about her experience working with the former couple’s 12-year-old daughter.
For those unversed, FKA Twigs, whose real name is Tahlia Debrett Barnett, collaborated with North on the track, Childlike Things, released on January 24.
She shared, "I feel like she’s seen so much and she’s so mature in a lot of ways, especially emotionally."
"We went for a few dinners, and she said things that were big and profound. I felt taken aback by her observations of humility that were very on the nose and very true to the things that I’ve learned as an adult," the cellophane hitmaker added.
Kim and Kanye, who parted ways in 2022, have been involved in a messy custody battle over their four children: North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm.
The former couple recently faced intense public scrutiny regarding North West’s fashion choices.
