Meghan Markle has rolled out a festive new chocolate bar line amid the news of her father undergoing below the knee leg amputation after a critical medical emergency.

As Ever. the 44-year-old Duchess of Sussex’s lifestyle brand, has introduced a “Chocolate Holiday Trio” described as “perfect for stocking stuffers, and elevated last-minute gifting."

Priced at £8.99 ($12) apiece, customers are only allowed to purchase two 80g bars.

The variety includes a total of three flavours: dark chocolate with raspberry spread and sea salt, white chocolate with flower sprinkles and hemp hearts, and milk chocolate with shortbread cookies and bee pollen.

This comes amid the news of Meghan’s estranged father undergoing major surgery on December 3, 2025 as confirmed by her brother Thomas Markle Jr and reported by Daily Mail.

Thomas Markle was hospitalized after an illness and underwent urgent surgery which caused him to lose a part of his leg.

The injury occurred due to a blood clot, obstructing the circulation and causing damage to his lower leg.

Reports suggest that he had an immediate three-hour surgery on Wednesday, and his son, Thomas Jr, confirmed the update.

According to Daily Mail, Thomas Jr opened up about his father's surgery, sharing, "My dad is being very brave. His foot turned blue and then black. It happened very quickly."

"I took him to a local hospital and they did some scans and an ultrasound and said the leg had to be amputated," he further revealed.

"There was no option. I was told the leg had to be removed and it was a case of life or death," he continued.

He said, "His left leg has been removed below the knee. They were worried about infection setting in, sepsis or gangrene. The flesh was black and dying."
