The Never Have I Ever star Jaren Lewison has joined the cast of CBS’s upcoming comedy pilot, Eternally Yours, as per Variety.

The 24-year-old actor will share the screen with Ed Weeks for the single camera pilot.

CBS greenlit the project back in August, and production is expected to start in early 2026.

The new project is led by Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, the duo responsible for developing CBS’s American remake of Ghosts.

The logline describes the pilot as, “An eternal love story about two vampires who have been married for five hundred years, and their struggles to accept the human who is dating their daughter.”

In the series, Jaren will likely step into the role of Max, the human lead.

As Variety reported, the character description reads, “Max is a hopeless romantic who is drawn to wounded people in need of fixing. But this time, perhaps, he’s bitten off more than he can chew, in the form of his new girlfriend Emma, who is a commitment phobic vampire whose dad hates humans.”

Fans will recognise Jaren from his breakout role as Ben in Mindy Kaling’s Netflix hit Never Have I Ever.

While Ed has starred in The Mindy Project, LA to Vegas, Drop and more.
