Ana de Armas makes rare comment about ‘John Wick’ star Keanu Reeves

Hollywood beauty Ana de Armas made rare comment about her longtime friendship with Matrix star Keanu Reeves.

The Cuban-Spanish actress revealed Keanu was one of the first people to make her feel welcome in Hollywood during an “In Conversation” session at Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea International Film Festival on Friday, December 5.

Recalling her early days in Los Angeles, Ana mentioned that she did her first movie, Knock Knock, with Keanu, despite her broken English at the time.

The Ghosted actress noted that it was “kind of a frustrating journey” for her not being able to fully communicate with Keanu.

However, Ana disclosed that she had a great time with the Canadian actor and they “bonded really well” and now shared “a beautiful friendship” with each other.

Describing him as “incredibly kind and generous,” the Eden actress also discussed her reunion with the actor for John Wick spinoff movie, Ballerina.

Interestingly, Ana felt it “full circle,” meeting the Good Fortune actor and Ballerina producer Chad Stahelski.

They built such a beautiful world with those movies, according to Ana as she said, "Having him there, supporting me 10 years later, meant a lot.”

Elsewhere, Ana De Armas reflected on her evolution into an action star and she even looked back at her career journey from Cuba to global Hollywood star at the festival.
