Ray J doubles down on RICO claims against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner

Ray J is escalating his legal fight with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, alleging the pair engaged in racketeering, claims it's backed by ChatGPT.

In new court filings obtained by TMZ, the singer accuses Kim and Kris of arranging a “criminal enterprise,” arguing their actions meet the threshold for RICO violations.

For those unversed, Ray J alleged that SKIMS founder and her mother Kris conspired with Vivid Entertainment to deceive the public through a “fake lawsuit” ahead of the release of his infamous sex tape with business mogul.

He further claims the Kardashians committed credit card fraud against his family, allegedly running up to $850,000 bill, per TMZ.

The singer said he was misled into signing an agreement barring him from ever speaking publicly about the tape.

According to Ray J, Kardashians' lawyers later attempted to “extort” him after he addressed the topic on a June 2024 podcast.

“To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise,” Ray J mentions in the filings, adding that he has “no doubt” RICO laws were violated.

Moreover, the One Wish singer claims he consulted ChatGPT for help, which Kim and Kris qualify as racketeers and the chatbot "entrenched".

The filings come after Kim and Kris have reportedly sued Ray J for defamation, accusing him of falsely claiming they were under federal criminal investigation. 

Meanwhile, Ray J is now asking the court to dismiss their lawsuit.
