Sophie Turner

The 28-year-old actress, during her marriage to Joe Jonas, lived in Los Angeles and Miami, but she was homesick for the UK.

So after their divorce, the Game of Thrones star returned to London.

In 2024, Turner told Harper's Bazaar UK, "The gun violence, Roe v. Wade being overturned... Everything just kind of piled on. After the Uvalde [school] shooting, I knew it was time to get the fuck out of there. I'm so happy to be back. I never feel like myself when I'm not in London."

Ellen DeGeneres

The 67-year-old comedian moved to a house in the Cotswolds in the UK and moved with her wife, Portia de Rossi in 2024.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show host later confirmed that she and Portia made the decision to relocate the day after Trump's reelection.

"We got here the day before the election and woke up to lots of texts from our friends with crying emojis, and I was like, 'He got in.' And we're like, 'We're staying here,'" said DeGeneres, adding, "The Baptist Church in America is trying to reverse gay marriage. They're trying to literally stop it from happening in the future and possibly reverse it. Portia and I are already looking into it, and if they do that, we're going to get married here."

Snoop Dogg

Following the 2016 election, the 54-year-old legendary rapper moved to Canada.

At that time, he took to Instagram and shared a picture of the Toronto skyline, calling it his "new home" and also tagged Canadian rapper Drake.

Moreover, the rapper, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., added, "I need the hookup on some property. Nefew fuck this shit I'm going to the. 6ix."

However, the rapper faced backlash for performing at Trump's Crypto Ball in 2025, but defended his decision, saying that he did it to help the community and promote financial literacy.

Cher

The 79-year-old singer, as of 2025, reportedly lives in Malibu.

She reflected on the possibility of a Trump reelection, telling the Guardian, "I almost got an ulcer the last time. If he gets in, who knows? This time I will leave [the country]."
